Montgomery’s Smoked Cheddar is oak-smoked for a full six hours at award-winning Brown and Forrest Smokery.
Unlike many smoked cheeses, for our Smoked Cheddar we use fully mature cheddar which balances the smokey flavour and complements the nutty flavour of the cheese beautifully.
